How It Works

1. Book Your Free Consultation
Your journey begins with a free, no-obligation consultation, available via phone, email, or in person. After our initial chat, we’ll send you a short questionnaire to learn more about your garden goals. This helps us recommend the design package that’s the best fit for you.

2. Site Survey & Client Brief
With our full design package, we’ll visit your garden to carry out a detailed site survey. We’ll take measurements, photos, and notes on the existing layout and conditions. By this stage, we’ll also have gathered enough information about your preferred features, materials, and plants to establish a clear and personalised design brief.

3. Design & Visualisation
Depending on the package you select, we’ll bring your garden to life through:

• A mood board to capture the look and feel

• A 2D top-view layout

• A 3D concept animation

• Final 3D CAD drawings with scaled plans and elevations​

You’ll receive everything as beautifully presented PDFs, and we will explain all the ideas and reasoning behind the design.

4. Bringing Your Garden to Life
Once you're happy with the design, it's all yours—you’ll have the flexibility to implement it however you like. You can choose to work with your own landscapers, or let our trusted landscapers handle the build from start to finish.

• Project Management

If you decide to use your own landscapers, we offer project management services at an hourly rate. We can assist with sourcing materials, selecting plants, and securing the best prices from suppliers—helping your vision come to life smoothly and cost-effectively.

 

• Remote Garden Design

We also offer remote garden design services to clients nationwide. This option works best for simpler gardens—like new builds without complex elevation changes—where measurements can be taken by the client or provided via site maps.
